Clinical Director
Alan Hahn, Licensed Professional Counselor, offers both Christian and non faith-based counseling. Alan uses cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques along with a client-centered perspective. Alan is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) which is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method. EMDR is proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. Alan has a BS in Leadership and Ministry from Central Baptist College in Conway, AR. He has a Biblical Counseling Certification from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX and an MS in Community Counseling from the University of Central AR in Conway.
Therapist
Tracy Coleman, Licensed Professional Counselor, offers counseling services in a compassionate and client centered manner. In addition to a client centered approach, she utilizes evidence based interventions from CBT, and is additionally trained in both Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for ages 3-17 and Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) for ages 0-5. Tracy has a MS in Community Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.

Melanie Jones-Day, Licensed Professional Counselor, offers counseling services from a transgenerational family therapy approach to help families understand how the past affects the present and how they develop patterns of behaving and responding to distress across generations. Melanie also incorporates a cognitive-behavioral therapy approach and mindfulness techniques to help address a variety of issues. Melanie has a passion for working with children, adolescents and teens. Melanie has a special interest for working with racial/ethnic minority groups and transitional-aged youth. She earned both her BA in Psychology minor in Sociology and her MS in Mental Health Counseling from University of Central Arkansas. Melanie has training in Trauma Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
Administrative Support
Mandy provides administrative support to the therapists, clients, and fellow office staff at Creating Change Counseling. She has over 12 years of health office, medical records, leadership, and credentialing experience. Mandy graduated with an Associate of Arts degree from ASU Beebe and a Health Information Management degree from ASU-Searcy which included training with diagnosis and procedure coding. She helps handle scheduling, eligibility, phones, faxes, referrals, and anything else that needs to be done.
Mandy is fluent in Spanish. She has spent time teaching English as a second language in Mexico. She loves to spend time with her family and her farm animals. She enjoys learning about new cultures. Her happy place includes hot herbal teas, foreign languages, cinema, her secret tea sisters, church, cooking from a modpodge of different cultures, and singing bluegrass music with her dad and his friends and sometimes playing her guitar.
